I am an outgoing single mom. I am currently a full time Nursing major and have a flexible schedule for my work which has enabled me to go back to school and still have some fun in life. I am also currently working out regularly as I would like to get in better shape. Do not get me wrong, I am comfortable in my own skin, but I want to be the best ME I can be!

What kind of person are you interested in meeting?
I am interested in meeting someone who believes that honesty and communication are important for any relationship and believes family is important. I would like to meet someone who also enjoys playing in the outdoors as well as just hanging out at home or going out to spend time with friends and family.

I would like a long term relationship ultimately. Jedi is my boxer/lab mix. He is a sweet natured, loving 9 year old. He is my lazy butt normally, but if you take his leash off the hook, he perks up and dances in anticipation since he enjoys his daily walks. Ritalin is my long haired black kitty. He is roughly 4 years old. He is very cuddly and can be aloof. But if he wants attention, he will definitely let you know it!

I love music...everything from country to rock to jazz to reggae and everything in between.

I love to read and my favorites have been historical biographies, fiction, and more!

I love comedies and of course, romance. But I also like drama and action movies.

What type of work do you do? Do you enjoy it?
I work for the county and am working on obtaining my RN. I love working in the health field!

What do you enjoy doing for fun?
I love the outdoors, including camping, boating, fishing, playing in the park with my pooch or the kids. I also like sports, reading, cooking, spending time with friends and family, dancing, walking the pooch, DYI projects, and more.

Yes. I have a boxer/lab that we rescued 8 years ago. He is my 100 lb lap dog! I also have a long hair cat.

What would you say is your best virtue?
My integrity and compassion. I believe honesty and personal responsibility is very important. But I also think being honest has to be tempered with compassion and use of a "filter" so you do not hurt the ones you love.

Stupidity...and a lack of care for your fellow man.

How is your physical shape? What do you do to keep in shape?
I am out of shape but getting better all the time. I have been blessed to be proportionate so this helps. However, I work out at least 3-4 times of week using strength training as well as cardio everyday and 1-2 zumba classes a week with my best friend. I also have gotten good about eating healthier and cooking healthy foods for my family. My goal is to regain a lot of the fitness level of my pre-kids fitness.
