I live part of the year in France and part of the year In the Middle East. I am English, married to a South African of Scots descent .

I am in the middle East because of my husbands work. I find it difficult to adapt to an Eastern lifetstyle so spend several months of the year alone in France. Hence the "Special living conditions."

Well my cats take themselves wherever they please as cats will but they are very affectionate

Wde have an understanding, They do as they please and I let them. However I have the same rights as them so it baances out

I like clasical music to pop, Techno is the only music I don't like. I am a Terry Pratchet fan and love books by Joanne Harris and Stieg larsson.
Favourite movies are Chocolat and Under the Tuscan sun. They both inspired me to come and live in France.

I am gloriously and joyously retired

Walking, eating with friends, exploring the beautiful Gard and Ardeche regions in France, reading, writing,tons of stuff
